What do I need to know before placing a custom order?

When you have a project in mind, please send an email to customorder@builtbyfaithdesigncompany.com to ensure we can accommodate your idea.  In your email be descriptive and include pictures/links to make the design process smooth. 

How will I hang my sign? 

When ordering you may request a jute rope be attached to your sign or a sawtooth hanger on the back. Jute is used to hang from a front door hanger while a sawtooth hanger is used to hang on the wall.

When hanging anything above your baby's crib make sure you pull the crib a safe distance away from the wall to avoid an accident. 

What if I want to cancel or change my order? 

Due to the nature of our work and the fact that orders are begun almost immediately, we allow 24 hours for order cancellations at this time. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. With custom requests a proof will be sent for your review, changes can be made at that time and a new proof will be sent for final approval. 

Do you offer shipping?

We can ship anywhere in the United States and shipping calculated at checkout.  Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated arrival date. Please note, that once your order ships we cannot control when you will receive it. 

If you are local we offer free porch pickup or delivery withing Cincinnati city limits for $20. Delivery must be added when your order is placed. You will receive an email when your item is ready for pickup, please email us with your desired pickup date/time. 

How long will my order take?

All orders are unique and our workload varies day to day. Typically your order will be ready to ship or pick up within 2 weeks. If you need your order sooner please, add the rush order listing to your cart at checkout. To rush your order the fee is $25. 

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

While we do not accept returns, if you encounter any physical issues with our products, please contact us at customorder@builtbyfaithdesigncompany.com an we will resolve the issue. No refunds will be given unless your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
